Lv Lulu is the Head Nurse of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University. In addition to Master’s degree in Nursing and extensive expertise as a Nurse-in-charge, she holds multiple committee positions including membership in the Nursing Working Group of the Chinese Society of Critical Care Medicine (CSCCM), Young Member of the Nursing Equipment and Materials Branch of the China Association of Medical Equipment, and roles in the Critical Care Medicine and Nursing Professional Committees of the Beijing Preventive Medicine Association. Lv has authored 17 articles in core journals and led projects under the Beijing Municipal Hospital Administration and institutional programs.

John Welch (RN, BSc, MSc) is Consultant Nurse, Critical Care & Critical Care Outreach, University College London Hospitals; Honorary Clinical Lecturer in advanced critical care practice, University College London; and Theme Co-Lead, NIHR Central London Patient Safety Research Collaborative. He was previously National Clinical Advisor in Acute Deterioration at NHS England (2022-24), UK lead, European Union Horizon 2020 ‘Nightingale’ wireless monitoring programme (2016-21), and President, international Society for Rapid Response Systems (2016-19).

KRISTELLE MAE PANIZALES-ASIBAL

Kristelle Mae Panizales-Asibal With over 16 years of experience in critical care, Kristelle is an accomplished Registered Nurse and currently serves as Assistant Nurse Clinician in combined ICU/HDU Unit at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Singapore. Kristelle holds an Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. As an ICU Outreach Nurse, she plays a vital role in the early identification and intervention of deteriorating patients outside the ICU setting, ensuring continuity of care and preventing clinical deterioration. Additionally, Kristelle contributes to institutional advancements as a member of the Pharmacy Nursing Quality Improvement Committee(PNQIC) and Risk Management team. Her dedication and excellence earned her the NUHS Nightingale Award in 2024, recognizing her clinical expertise and commitment to patient well-being.
